Job Duties:
- Assist in the delivery of educational programmes within a school setting
- Support students with special educational needs and behavioural challenges
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Participate in meetings with educational professionals to discuss student progress
- Contribute to the development of individual education plans
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate with a degree in Psychology
- Enhanced DBS check on Update Service
Education:
- Degree in Psychology or related field
Experience:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Additional training in special educational needs
Working Conditions:
- Work within a school environment
- Full-time hours on a temporary basis
- Potential interaction with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
