Outstanding school in Greenwich, SE18 looking for full-time Year 4 Teacher for one full Academic year Sep 2024- July 2025.
Interviews are taking place Immediately. This position is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECT’s.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Upper Key Stage 1 curriculum and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education while creating a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the upper KS1 curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and behaviour.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the upper Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Previous experience teaching in upper KS1 setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
