Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated year 1 Primary Teacher for a long-term role atr our GOOD RATED school in Uxbridge, Greater London. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to primary school students, focusing on planning, delivering high quality lessons,behaviour management, and assessments.

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of students
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments to track student progress and provide feedback to parents and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

  • Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent behaviour management techniques
  • Ability to assess student progress effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional training in special educational needs (SEN)

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time contract position
  • Expected to work standard school hours
  • Salary range: PAY TO SCALE
