Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students
  • Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school events

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Relevant degree in Education or related field
  • Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Enhanced DBS check

Whats needed:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Previous experience teaching primary school students is preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
