Protocol Education are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and compassionate teacher to join our vibrant team in South Bristol. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of children from disadvantaged backgrounds to work in a school in South Bristol with strong community support. They are committed to treating everyone inclusively and take a holistic approach to education. They help each child that comes through the school gates to recognise that they are brave, brilliant, have belief and are their best selves.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to children of varying abilities.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.

Support the development of students both academically and personally.

Work closely with the wider school community, including parents and support staff, to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Implement strategies to support children with additional needs, ensuring they are given the tools to thrive.

Encourage self-confidence, resilience, and a love of learning in all students.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience working with children from disadvantaged or diverse backgrounds.

A strong passion for education and an understanding of the challenges faced by students in disadvantaged communities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.

A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.

The ability to create and implement differentiated learning strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
