Your Role as a Key Stage 1 Teacher

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons – Plan and teach interactive, inspiring lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Create a Positive Classroom Environment – Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging space where students feel valued.
  • Support Student Growth – Use creative teaching strategies to help children develop academically and personally.
  • Collaborate with Staff – Work alongside teaching assistants and school staff to ensure the best learning experience for every child.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent certification).
  • Experience working with children with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, epilepsy, etc.), with the ability to adapt learning techniques.
  • A creative, engaging, and flexible approach to teaching.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic school setting.
