Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils, primarily in Years 4 and 5, with the flexibility to teach across the academy.
- Support all pupils in making excellent progress in line with national expectations.
- Contribute positively to the academy’s strong Catholic ethos.
- Foster the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of pupils while addressing their pastoral and welfare needs.
- Collaborate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, directors, and partner schools within the Multi-Academy Company (MAC).
- Take on subject coordination responsibilities and engage in continuous professional development.
