Your Role as a Supply Teacher:
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Step into classrooms and deliver planned lessons that inspire and engage pupils, fostering a love of learning.
Adaptability: Be ready to teach across different year groups (EYFS to Year 6) and subjects, quickly building rapport with students and staff.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, adhering to school behavior policies.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with school staff and follow their safeguarding and educational procedures.
Problem-Solving: Use your creativity to handle any unexpected challenges in the classroom with ease and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in primary schools, with a good understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A current enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) pupils.
- A passion for creativity and innovation in teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
