Your Role as a Supply Teacher:

‍ Deliver Engaging Lessons: Step into classrooms and deliver planned lessons that inspire and engage pupils, fostering a love of learning.
 Adaptability: Be ready to teach across different year groups (EYFS to Year 6) and subjects, quickly building rapport with students and staff.
 Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, adhering to school behavior policies.
 Collaboration: Work seamlessly with school staff and follow their safeguarding and educational procedures.
 Problem-Solving: Use your creativity to handle any unexpected challenges in the classroom with ease and professionalism.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Essential Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
    • Experience teaching in primary schools, with a good understanding of the UK curriculum.
    • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
    • A current enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
    • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.
  • Desirable Skills:

    • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) pupils.
    • A passion for creativity and innovation in teaching.
