Job Duties:

  • Teach primary school students with enthusiasm and professionalism, adhering to the trust's curriculum guidelines and educational policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational development.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality teaching.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Hold a PGCE or QTS qualification.
  • Preferably have experience teaching primary school students.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best educational practises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or specialised training in primary education.
  • Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
