Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils, primarily focusing on Years 4 and 5, with the flexibility to teach across the academy.
  • Support all pupils in achieving excellent progress aligned with national expectations.
  • Contribute positively to the academy’s strong Catholic ethos.
  • Address the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of pupils while attending to their pastoral and welfare needs.
  • Work collaboratively with pupils, staff, parents, directors, and partner schools within the Multi-Academy Company (MAC).
  • Take on subject coordination responsibilities and participate in continuous professional development opportunities.
