About the Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver Quality Education: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs while monitoring and showcasing student progress.
- Create a Supportive Atmosphere: Foster a classroom environment that builds trust, confidence, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Drive Student Achievement: Support students in reaching their full potential, providing targeted guidance and encouragement.
- Lead Classroom Teams: Manage and collaborate with classroom staff to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an innovative and inspirational educator who can deliver engaging and impactful lessons.
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent qualification.
- Have experience supporting children with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, or epilepsy, and understand how to tailor learning to meet diverse requirements.
- Bring fresh ideas and a creative approach to motivate young learners.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, thriving in a dynamic school environment.
