About the Role:

As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering lessons that inspire and challenge students. You will collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to design activities that promote engagement and academic success. Your role will include fostering a positive classroom environment, maintaining high behavioural standards, and instilling a love for learning in all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement interactive lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and meet the needs of all learners.
  • Classroom Management: Establish a structured and respectful classroom environment that supports focus and collaboration.
  • Student Progress: Monitor and assess student performance, adjusting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to plan and deliver a cohesive curriculum.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain open and proactive communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and goals.
  • Professional Growth: Attend staff meetings, participate in INSET (In-Service Training), and engage in professional development activities.
  • Inclusion: Provide tailored support for students with special educational needs, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
