A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a qualified Year 1 or Year 2 teacher to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of all pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting the diverse needs of pupils.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
