We are seeking a Full-Time Early Years Class Teacher to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team in a thriving Wolverhampton school. This temporary one-year position is open to newly qualified, recently qualified, and experienced teachers. The school is a highly respected two-form entry primary school, committed to serving the local community with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that promote pupil progress.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to foster an outstanding learning environment.
- Manage challenging behaviour proactively, positively, and consistently.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of all pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress using varied assessment techniques.
- Bring enthusiasm, energy, and positivity to your role.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality educational experience for all pupils.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Experience teaching in Early Years settings.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred:
- Additional training or qualifications in Early Years education.
