Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- Monitor student progress, using assessments to inform teaching and ensure each pupil’s development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Participate actively in school life, contributing to extracurricular activities and other school initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS upon completion of training.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in students' lives.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and classroom situations.
- A desire to grow and develop professionally, with the support of our experienced staff and leadership team.
