Protocol Education is seeking a motivated Primary Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in Harlow, teaching a KS2 class.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge KS2 pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and motivated to achieve their best.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure each child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Uphold and contribute to the school’s values, maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
