We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Year 4 Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive school in Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and nurture students, helping them thrive academically and socially during this critical stage of their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum, ensuring a broad and balanced educational experience.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in school activities, contributing to the broader school community and supporting extracurricular programs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at Key Stage 2 (KS2), particularly in Year 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, with the ability to deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to all learning abilities.
  • Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a nurturing and structured environment.
  • A passion for developing pupils’ academic and personal growth, along with the desire to innovate and inspire through engaging teaching practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with staff and engaging effectively with parents and carers.
