Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress, providing feedback and differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and creative classroom environment that encourages student growth and a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
  • Participate in school activities, extracurricular programs, and contribute to the broader school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum with the ability to deliver high-quality, effective lessons.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on student engagement and achievement.
  • A passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to creating an inclusive classroom where every child can succeed.
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, students, and parents.
