Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the school's curriculum, ensuring students receive quality education in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Student Engagement: Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment, encouraging active participation and fostering academic curiosity among students.
  • Student Assessment: Evaluate and assess student performance, providing timely feedback and maintaining accurate records of progress.
  • Classroom Management: Establish a positive and organized classroom atmosphere, effectively managing student behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and school staff to ensure seamless transitions of instruction and provide valuable insights into student development.

To work in the school, you'll need to be fully compliant. This includes:

  • DBS on Update Service: A must, or you can apply through Protocol Education.
  • References: Covering your past 2 years.
  • Qualification Documents: Such as QTS/PGCE.
