Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Primary Teachers to join our passionate teams across Harrow, Ealing, and Brent. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, fostering positive and inclusive classroom environments, and contributing to the overall development and well-being of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of KS1 students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Create positive and inclusive classroom environments that promote learning and respect.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance and progress.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within KS1.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
