We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Primary School Teacher to join our team in Hartlepool. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment while managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practise
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- Previous experience teaching primary school students, with a strong track record of student progress
- Experience in lesson planning and classroom management
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of child development and learning theories
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a school setting
- Regular working hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments
- Interaction with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
