Job Duties:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering educational programmes
- Assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as PMLD, ASD, and ADHD
- Manage and address behaviour of concern in the classroom
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as PMLD, ASD, and ADHD
- Ability to manage behaviour of concern effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Additional training in SEN support
Working Conditions:
- Full-time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
