Your Role as an Advanced Supply Teacher:

Deliver Engaging Lessons: Take on pre-arranged teaching assignments, delivering exciting and effective lessons that motivate young learners.
Consistency: Provide stability and continuity for students and staff during planned absences.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with school teams to follow their routines, policies, and safeguarding procedures.
Flexibility: Be ready to adapt your teaching style to suit a variety of year groups (EYFS to Year 6) and school environments.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Essential Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
    • Proven experience teaching in primary schools, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
    • A current enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
    • Excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
    • A proactive and professional approach to supply teaching.
  • Desirable Skills:

    • Experience working with pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
    • A creative and innovative approach to lesson delivery.
