Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, following pre-set plans where available.
- Adapt to different school environments, building positive relationships with staff and students.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
- Provide feedback to schools where required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom management and adaptability.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident in delivering high-quality teaching at short notice.
- Ability to commute to schools across Chelmsford and surrounding villages.
