Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students
- Follow the curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with primary school students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Additional training in special education or child development
Working Conditions:
The Primary Supply Teacher will work in a primary school setting in Brentwood, Essex. The role may involve working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. The teacher will be expected to work full-time hours on a temporary basis, covering for absent teachers. The working environment may be fast-paced and require flexibility and adaptability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
