Protocol Education Agency is seeking dedicated and passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our team on a flexible daily supply basis. As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to work across a variety of primary schools in Harlow and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students across various age groups and subjects.

  2. Maintain Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive learning environment by effectively managing classroom behavior and encouraging student participation.

  3. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments, school cultures, and curriculum requirements.

  4. Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the overall academic and social development of students.

  5. Follow School Policies: Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety regulations, to ensure the well-being of all students.

  6. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with school staff and fellow teachers to share best practices, resources, and support continuous professional development.

  7. Provide Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their learning and development, and communicate with school staff about student progress when required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
  2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  3. Proven experience working as a Primary Teacher in a school setting.
  4. Strong classroom management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  7. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  8. Availability for flexible daily supply work.
