Role: Supply Teacher
Pay: £135 to £165 P/D (Depending Upon Expeirence)
Location: Enfield, London

Protocol Education are currently working with multiple primary schools based in Enfield.
We have seen a rise in supply teacher bookings since the start of the academic year, Due to the increased demand.
We are currently looking to recruit mulptiple supply teachers for short term and daily supply bookings in Enfield.
As a supply teacher you will be expected to:
- To teach and promote the learning of pupils in the classroom setting at the direction of the Head Teacher, often at short notice.
- To demonstrate a commitment to positive behaviour management.
- To promote, maintain and supervise the health and safety of pupils engaged in authorised school activities both on the school premises and elsewhere.
- attend to the administration for and accept responsibility for the pastoral needs of a class/group and to liaise with the Head Teacher and other colleagues (when appropriate) on particular pastoral problems.
- Set tasks which challenge pupils and ensure high levels of interest.
- Set appropriate and demanding expectations.
Responsibilites:
- Collaborating with Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers and School Administrators to make sure students are safe
- Promoting in-class engagement and good behaviour
- Proctoring examinations and quizzes
- Assigning and collecting assignments and keeping it organised for when the permanent Teacher returns
- Leading lessons using presentations, textbooks and other learning materials
- Following lesson plans from the permanent Teacher
- Supervising students in class and during recess, lunch and detention periods

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
