Protocol Education are looking for SEND LSA's to work in a host of fantastic Primary Schools within Swindon and other surrounding areas.
This position consists of working with a variety of children that you will be collaborating with that appear at the schools all have either ASD/SLD/complex learning disabilities, SEMH needs or being identified as having a declaration of an educational need or an Educational, health and support procedure. The schools pride themsleves in being part of a inspiring trusts/foundations, which design to support each pupil so they can develop their confidence, succeed appropriate and challenging individual targets and develop a passion for learning so that they can make the most of opportunities provided to them. All members of staff work to invigorate, motivate, challenge and guarentee committed guidance to each student, no matter what their personal needs may contain.
What we are looking for in the applicant:
- The ideal candidate will be completely professional and enthusiastic about SEND/SEMH and delivering guidance to all children with additional requirements, and being fully dependent to thrive and adapt themselves to support every childs needs, including high-level behaviour management techniques.
- Show confident leadership skills and initative to report back to members of staff, parents and governers if required.
- Provide high-level interpersonal and transparency skills on a consistant basis.
- Always look to go 'one step beyond' in regards to their individual teaching methods in a 1:1 basis.
