Your Role:
As a Supply Teacher with Protocol Education, you'll step into different classrooms across Harlow, bringing energy, creativity, and a positive attitude to every school you visit. You'll have the opportunity to inspire and support students of all primary ages, whether it’s delivering engaging lessons or helping to nurture their social and academic development. ✨
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering exciting lessons that align with the curriculum
- Maintaining a warm, fun, and inclusive classroom environment
- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children’s emotional well-being ❤️
- Building strong relationships with students and fellow staff members
- Flexibly adapting to new classroom environments and age groups
- Supporting the wider school community as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified primary school teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills ️
- Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
- Previous experience teaching across different primary year groups is a plus
