Position: Experienced Supply Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects.
  • Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and establish rapport with students.
  • Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assessment to support student progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with substantial teaching experience.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to hit the ground running in new environments.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
