Job Title: Primary School Teacher Part Time Greenwich
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis in Greenwich, London. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting the academic and social development of primary school students.
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress to ensure understanding and achievement of learning objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians where necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning within the school.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with primary school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
Education:
A degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
Previous experience working as a Primary School Teacher.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of the primary school curriculum.
- Understanding of different learning styles and how to cater to them.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Experience in using technology in the classroom.
Working Conditions:
This position is part-time, with the expectation of working full-time hours. The salary is £150 - £160 per day, paid through PAYE. The primary industry is Education and Training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
