Position: Primary School Support Worker
Location: Bristol
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to children with various SEN, helping them engage with the curriculum.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCP’s)
- Offer emotional and behavioural support to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with class teachers, SEN coordinators, and other staff to ensure that each child receives the support they need.
- Encourage independence and confidence in students, helping them achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to supporting children with diverse needs.
- Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting (but not essential).
- A positive attitude and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with children and staff alike.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
