Job Description
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students
- Follow the school curriculum and lesson plans provided
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with primary school students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Previous experience as a primary school teacher or supply teacher
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the primary school curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Special Education or EAL
- Experience using technology in the classroom
Working Conditions:
- Work on a temporary, part-time basis
- Varied locations within the East of England, primarily in Chelmsford
- Collaborate with different school staff and students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
