Our partner school in Newham is looking for exceptional graduates with a passion for childcare and improving outcomes for all students.
Your role will be varied, working with different children on a daily basis, tailoring your approach to ensure every child receives impactful support.
As part of your role, you will be working with children with additional needs including ASD, ADHD and MLD. No experience of working with SEN is neccesary as full-training will be provided.
We are looking for people who are pro-active, can use their initiative and have a natural aptitude for building rapport with children.
You will be invested in heavily from day 1 and can expect a brilliant and supportive working enviroment.

Job Duties:
- Supporting the lead teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
- Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
- Preparing and organising educational materials
- Assessing student performance and providing feedback
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Classroom-based role with potential for outdoor activities
- May involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of educational materials
- Working in schools local to Newham

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
