Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
  • Student Assessment: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and support each other's professional growth.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive educational community.

Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a teaching role (placements during training acceptable).
  • Skills: Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for teaching and learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
