Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Student Assessment: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.
- Collaborative Planning: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and support each other's professional growth.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive educational community.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Education or a related field.
- Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Experience: Previous experience in a teaching role (placements during training acceptable).
- Skills: Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for teaching and learning.
