We are currently working with primary schools in the Cambridgshire areas who are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic individual to assist classrooms across KS1 and KS2.
This flexible role can fit around your schedule without the hassle of planning, marking, and assessments!
About You:
- Caring and engaging
- Can calmly handle stressful situations
- Previous experience working in a school environment or with children is a plus, but not essential—you'll learn on the job!
- Proactive in supporting the class teacher
Your Role:
- Build authentic relationships and trust with students
- Collaborate with class teachers to support student progress
- Work with students in groups or one-on-one to ensure understanding of lessons
- Use the school behaviour policy to reinforce positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Communicate tasks clearly to students of all abilities
- Assist with classroom and material preparation, clear up after lessons, and handle general admin tasks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
