Overview:

Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons across various primary school year groups

Following the existing curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning

Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students

Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment

Collaborating with permanent staff to provide consistent support for students

Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting any concerns

Participating in school activities and contributing to the school community
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

Proven experience in primary education

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings

A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds

Ability to work on short notice and handle changes in a dynamic environment
