Job Duties:

  • Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students
  • Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
  • Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources

Required Qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

The role involves working Part-Time hours in a school setting, providing support to students and teachers. The position is temporary and located in Battersea, Greater London.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
