Job Duties:
- Deliver planned lessons to cover for teachers during their PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress during their absence
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Effective classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Working Conditions:
