Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, School Hours
Daily Rate: £80 - £115 PAYE (dependent on experience)

The Role: As a Post 16 SEND Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to our SEND students, assisting them in achieving their educational targets while also nurturing their emotional and social development. You'll play a vital role in monitoring their progress and promptly reporting any issues that arise.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with SEND individuals is preferred.
- Ready to embrace a challenge and make a meaningful impact.
- Confidence to take initiative in supporting students' educational, emotional, behavioral, and social development.
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with compassion and understanding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
