Role Responsibilities for Teaching Assistants (TAs):
As a Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Providing 1:1 and group support to students with different learning needs, including SEND.
- Helping to implement individual learning plans for students, ensuring they achieve their academic potential.
- Assisting with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Role Responsibilities for Cover Supervisors:
As a Cover Supervisor, your role will involve:
- Managing classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain engaged.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in a variety of subjects and ensuring students stay on task.
- Maintaining classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Providing support to students and offering guidance where necessary.
