Pastoral Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Play a pivotal role in supporting student development, behaviour, attitudes, attendance, and safeguarding in a designated key stage.

Collaborate with the pastoral team, including teachers and Heads of Year, fostering student independence, resilience, and academic progress.

Liaise with parents, building positive relationships, and contribute to efforts to enhance parent engagement.
