Part-Time Science Teacher (Monday & Tuesday) - Newcastle
Protocol Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a vibrant school in Newcastle (NE6) on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering engaging science lessons and want to make a positive impact on students' learning.
Key Details:
- Position: Part-Time Science Teacher
- Location: Newcastle
- Working Days: Monday & Tuesday
- Daily Rate: £120 - £180 per day (depending on experience)
- Contract Duration: At least until Easter 2025
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Supporting students in developing a strong understanding of scientific concepts.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to support student progress.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and providing feedback.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in science (biology, chemistry, physics).
- Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
