Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver lessons to Reception class students
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Participate in school events and meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Reception students
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Early Years Education
- Experience with SEN students
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. The teacher may need to attend occasional evening events or meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
