Job Title: Part Time Reception Teacher

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Reception students
  • Assess and monitor student progress to provide constructive feedback and support
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning strategies
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding student progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Reception or Early Years students
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Effective classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or Early Years Education
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs

Working Conditions:
