Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- Confidence: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with students, staff, and parents.
- Adaptability: Quick to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
- Background Check: Must pass a DBS check.
Responsibilities:
- Classroom Management: Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers.
- Lesson Delivery: Ensure students stay on task and follow the provided lesson plans.
- Support Learning: Assist students with their learning and maintain a positive environment.
- Engagement: Motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.
