One-to-One Tutor

Protocol Education are seeking a confident, caring, and enthusiastic individual for one-to-one tuition within the Teesside area.  You will deliver essential interventions to support young people who have been temporarily excluded from school.

Location: Teesside

Pay: £15-30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various organisations to provide tailored interventions, including pastoral work, for children who may have had experiences with gangs or weapons, with the aim of reintegrating them back into school.
  • Document and regularly report on the progress of the child to their school, Youth Offenders Team, and other external agencies.

Requirements:

  • A DBS certificate with a live subscription to the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Two professional references within the last three years.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding young people.
