Protoocl Education is working with a Seconday School in Hemel Hempstead to appoint either an Administrative Assistant or an office manager would also be considered.
The role will be to provide support for the existing office staff in handling all aspects of Administration for the school.
Answering incoming calls to the school and directing these accordingly, taking messages and ensuring these are followed up and actioned.
Pupil interaction
Dealing with visitors to the school and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed and adhered to
Processing of invoices
Supporting to arrange cover teachers and support staff when required
Processing of HR documentation for new members of staff
