Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

Provide one-to-one and small group support to meet each child’s unique learning needs.

Help create and maintain a stimulating, safe indoor and outdoor learning environment.

Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, fostering confidence and independence.

Prepare engaging resources to enhance children's learning experiences.

Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff to share insights on children's progress and well-being.

Be an active and collaborative team member.
What We’re Looking For

Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (required).

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred).

A strong passion for early childhood education and supporting young learners.

Availability for a full-time role, five days a week.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
