Job Description: As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supervising and monitoring the children in your care. Beyond health and safety, you will have safeguarding responsibilities to ensure the children are safe both at the nursery and at home.

You will engage with children by reading stories to develop their language skills and help them learn numbers through games and other activities. Your role includes preparing and organizing various activities throughout the day to keep children engaged and stimulated.

Observing children's progress and development will be essential, as you will need to identify any issues that arise. You will work closely with parents to ensure children are developing in the best possible way.

Additional responsibilities include preparing meals, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting with the needs of babies and younger children, such as changing them.

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Childcare Qualification
